Warmly spiced and “refreshingly different”, dates, orange chocolate and caramel fudge.
It looks a little like a Christmas cake, but Denis insists it belongs all year round. Dates, orange chocolate, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg give it a warm, distinctive character, his wife called it “refreshingly different” after tasting some 200 cheesecakes.
