Denis’s niece Ann, from Israel, did not agree that cheesecakes must be baked. Her cold, no bake recipe, biscuits dipped in milk, a light vanilla cream filling and a chocolate topping, is fresh, super easy and quick, and he happily admits it is quite nice.
